I had three phone interviews in three days. All very positive. Then I had a face to face meeting the week later that was also positive. Then from then on, it was the most unprofessional experience I have had to date of my career. The lack of maturity with any of the management team, and the senior management team astounds me. Hearing nothing from them after the amount of energy and effort put in to the discussions. Not even to simply say I was not the right fit. Turned me off wanting to work for the company, and tarnishes the brand. I spoke to multiple other management in the industry and were all shocked at the lack of respect. I can handle a knock back, but silence? Grow up. The position has been advertised five times since I applied over six months ago, so all signs point to nothing good.
