I applied through the company's site and was surprised to receive a quick response asking for a phone interview. The recruiter was very friendly through email and very responsive. The day of the phone interview I was ready for our appointment but I receive an email from the recruiter saying she would need to push the interview y 15 minutes. I said sure no problem considering this is a very fast paced company. It happened 3 more times after the fact, and eventually an interview scheduled for 3:00 PM turned into 5:00 PM. By the time the phone interview started the recruiter was cranky and speeding through questions, most of which didn't have to do with the position I applied for. She didn't give me time to finish my answers and sounded generally crabby. Maybe the day was so busy that she wasn't focused? Either way she said she would let me know if I will proceed to the next step or not at haven't received word in 2 months (even after following up through email). Very negative experience to say the least.

terrible interview experience. hirer pleasant in person, but awful and slow communication between stages. eventually rejected with a generic email after a two stage interview process - not even a phone call. no respect for candidates’ time
