The recruiter and I had an interview for 30 minutes. He spent majority of the time talking about the position. He only asked two questions about coaching team members and aligning stakeholders only to later deny my application based on Jira and Agile. Jira was not listed in the job description nor was it asked in the interview. Agile was clearly listed in my resume but not discussed in the interview. I have completely lost interest and respect for the company.
