Applied on line then screened on phone by HR. Invited for in-person interview. Standard interview questions - strengths and weaknesses, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary although lots of questions about willingness to work at a fast pace and lots of hours. Didn't receive an offer (I don't have any special event experience. It was a shot in the dark.) But the process was pretty professional.
