J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez LivSpace (Gurgaon, Haryana) en févr. 2017
Entretien
One of the employee referred me for the position of Interior Designer at Gurgaon.
INTERVIEW
Day 1
I was called for the interview at 10:30 morning, but later on asked to come for the interview the next day, since the staff was busy with some other work.
Day 2
I was again called for the interview at 10:30 A.M., but since the interviewer was not in office, so I had to wait for almost around 3 hours. At around 2 P.M., a guy asked me to come for the interview and introduced me to another girl, who went through my portfolio and asked all sort of irrelevant questions (by the way, she had joined LivSpace only a month ago, which i got to know through my contact and i think this is why she had no clue why she was there).
After five minutes of interview, she asked me to wait and called some other employee for the interview. This girl appeared to be highly uninterested in the interview, during fifteen minutes of the face to face interview, she was busy with some assignment on her laptop. As far as the interview is concerned, she asked me some questions from my portfolio and handed me over a multiple choice question paper.
After i had finished with the aptitude test, she asked me to leave and said they will let me know about the result within a week.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
How will you judge the client's budget for a particular project?
The interview process is quite smooth, and onboarding is all easy. The HR is good, and the recruitment team is also good. One thing I don't personally like
Their pay scale is below the bar, I mean, 3LPA for a senior design.

Entretien
General interview regarding your basic knowledge of design and fit out. A written analytical test and then you are also asked to present a kitchen or any space interiors sales oriented
Multiple rounds including software knowledge but it was good overall. Questions are technical and some are difficult. They also require logical thinking and look for confidence and good communication skills.
