I walked in and the store manager saw my smile and said, "Hey you have beautiful teeth! you can be my cashier. Do you want a job?" and of course i said yes. No interview.

The interview is six to seven very simple questions. If you pass the interview, you get the job. Questions are easy to answer. Mostly asking you why you want to work for the company and what would you do in certain scenarios.

A 15-minute phone screen followed by in-person interview at store location. Was a straightforward process. I was able to see the operation and meet a wide variety of team members.
