I had applied for customer success role through referral. The overall interview process took about 2 weeks from initial contact to final round. I had interviews scheduled with most key executives of the company in addition to HR and my hiring manager. Overall the process was very smooth and well orchestrated by Lithium HR contact person. The decision by Lithium after the interviews was fairly quick and I was selected for the role.

Most questions were focused around functional skills as well as experiences that would be relevant to my new role at Lithium. There was also emphasis on cultural fitment and motivation to join Lithium.

Initially was good then turned strange after a few calls. The onsite visit was also strange.
I would say that be very careful when these Startups mention "Culture Fit" as this can be construde as discrimination. I am reviewing with EEOC what the guidelines are and my own personal experience.

Very clean and transparent process. There were no surprises through out the entire process. I have been on interviews with several other companies where the person interviewing was not aware of what the next steps were going to be and it took weeks to get feedback. Lithium had a very systematic and clear process.
