The HR people's are very stupid/. They dont even ask about CTC before interview. After giving all the interview they react like oh "CTC is too much !!!" I would suggest HR people to lined up interview for only those candidate whom you can effort. Otherwise it will just waste of time your employee and as well as the person who gives interview. The interview process was cool.
