Applied Online, and took a brief cognitive test. Then got a call the next week for a one on one interview. Before the interview I had to answer different business ethics, personality and cognitive test.

After the brief phone interview, I was asked to come to the main headquarters location for the physical interview. When I arrived, I was told that the normal manager would not be conducting the interview due to illness (which is completely understandable - it happens). The first interview went well, and I was told to come in later in the week for the second interview. Both consisted of basic information, ranging from the work environment and hours to pay. I left the second interview with the promise of hearing from Lithia by the end of the week. Fast forward about 3 weeks, and I still hadn't received any email or phone notifications regarding the position. I sent an email to the recruiter that I had talked to thanking them for the opportunity and interview. Another week goes by before I received an email telling me that they still hadn't decided on who they were hiring, but that they would keep me updated from then on. It's been almost a month since then, and still no word whatsoever. The interviews themselves were standard, as well as the assessments that they asked me to complete. However, the entire process afterwards was both misleading and unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on what I assumed was a great company to potentially work for.
