You get a call from a talent rep and they ask about you and what you know pertaining to the job, like what's your experience in the field, what do you do currently, and after those questions I got a estimated salary amount and it was about $60k a year. If the talent rep likes you they'll refer you to the IT Manager. They'll email you a questionnaire about situations and how you'd handle it then another part of it is a personality test. I'd assumed this is to see if you'd fit into the team culture. The IT interview is fairly relaxed. They'll have your resume on hand and poke at it and try to get an understanding of what you know. Then you'll be given some scenarios and how you'd go about it. Troubleshooting and problem solving seemed to be the big one. After that interview if you make it, they said you'd meet with the VP of communications or something like that. At that point, you're hired in
