Applied online & got an email for a Interview, i selected interview day & time via link in email. This turned out to be an interview with 1 other candidate. We were shown around store & asked questions during the Tour. I was prepared for the Interview as one on one & felt like I wasnt interviewed properly myself & wasnt what I expected at all. Im still waiting to hear back from the Company

Do You have an RSA Responsible Service of Alcohol?
Very relaxed and brief interview. We walked into the back area, sat down, and was just give a rundown of how the job works, it's requirements and things like that. Then they asked typical questions like about my availability, experience, etc.

Entretien
Not as professional as I would have liked, there were no clipboards, nothing being written down, and questions thought up on the spot. It was a group interview with 3 individuals and I felt it was a bit unfair as not everyone got a chance to speak.
