I was contacted and asked to apply for the job based on my resume being online. I came in and was interviewed for about 5-10 minutes (very basic questions: what is your experience, are you comfortable with Illustrator, would you be interested in these projects, can you handle multiple projects at once). I met with the Art Director who I would be working very closely with, and was offered the job 2 days later.
