Walk into HR door, ring bell, talk to lady behind desk (She was very pleasant), fill out an application and then get called back for the interview. Very laid back interviewer named Brian, touched base with the basics of the job, history, pay scale, etc. Scheduled a time for me to get a tour and I have to go back 9 hours later.
