Before doing the interview, I applied through their website. After a few days, I received an email asking me to schedule to take a test, and afterwords I did. After that, I recieved an invite to the interview process and it went downhill from there. There were multiple interviews with the whole team that quickly became too long and too winded; there wasn't any feedback on how I could've improved myself . Finally there was one more interview with the CEO to which I was promptly denied a job offer. I find it ridiculous that a startup company requires about 4 to 5 rounds of interviews and a test, just to be denied.
