Swift interview process.
1. Call with the HR recruiter via mobile phone presented with the opportunity of working.
2. Call on MS Teams and asked regarding video game experience and language proficiency in the chosen language for the localization within the job. During this time they will provide you with 10-15 mins to answer 3 questions related to video games and your knowledge about them - do not be scared they aren't technical questions.

Just gave me the test without even listening to what I'd prepared. Then I finished the test and they didn't even respond. The results came like 3 weeks after that.
