I applied through LinkedIn,then received a phone screen two weeks later, followed up at the same week and finally interviewed on-site after another two weeks.
I met with three person for the on-site interview. The senior manager asked a few questions of my previous analytic experience and gave out great answers for all the questions I have regarding to the position, the company and the team. The VP focused on asking fascinating questions of the vision of marketing expertise, expectation of supervisor and a simple case question. At the end, the recruiter kindly asked for the feedback from me as a candidate and also gave a tour around the whole office.
I will admit it was by far the most interesting and comfortable interview experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as I expected. But job-seeking is always full of surprises. I believe what really matters is to take what can be learned and move on!
