I received a phone call asking for current salary and expected salary for a project manager and asking if I can attend for an interview I attended , sit for 45 min in waiting lobby , then took a 6 pages application ( which was all situation questions but not logic , for example , describe in details who career experience ? I mean what!! is't the resume is there for that purpose ? who do i write it again , i wrote NA , the interviewer later asked why you didn't write , I answered that I sent my resume ahead as an answer )

I did received a call from HR asking me to attend for interview , I went and filled a 6 pages application and waited about 30 min then started an interview with HR-Manager which lasted for about 1 hour , the application was mostly a situation question
