I was really looking forward to my second interview that was scheduled to speak with the VP and Director of Customer Support; however, I was informed by the Talent Manager one day prior to the interview that it needed to be canceled because another candidate was being offered the position. This was an extremely disappointing experience because I never got the chance to show them if I aligned with their needs. Of course I wish all the best to the person who was offered the position but it really hurt to be counted out of the race before it began.
