Initial Screening: 30 minutes Hiring Manager: 45 min Data Modelling Interview: 1 hour SQL + Marketing Insights Interview: 1 hour (pushed to the same day) After completing all three rounds, I was ghosted for a week with no communication or feedback. Eventually, I received nothing more than a generic automated rejection email — no explanation, no constructive feedback, no personal touch. "Thank you so much for taking the time to apply for our Senior Analytics Engineer (Marketing) opportunity with Linktree. We had the chance to review your application and while your experience is impressive, we recently filled the role and won't be able to move forward with your candidacy at this time." This was by far the worst interview experience I’ve had. For a company that promotes creativity and community, the candidate experience felt careless and disrespectful.
