J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn en août 2021
Entretien
Interview by the hiring manager, and the APAC director.
Finally, a farcical simulation interview proceeded.
It was a terrible interview that set the candidate up.
It was commonplace to conduct interviews that left a sour aftertaste and made me feel like I would never want to work with these people.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A company that said they were interested in our product asked us to come in person to explain it, and when we started the interview, the person in question was not interested, and his supervisor (remote connection) was actually interested, so the interview was to find out if we could have a conversation to confirm the range of interest of everyone in attendance.
They play the role poorly, so you are put in a situation where it is difficult to determine if it is an act or a conversation as an interviewer.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
Interview process went overall fine. Because of summer vacation, got the complete feedback a full month after through the HR. The feedback did not fit at all with the actual interview and the feedback I got directly at the end of it. To the point that I think they confused me with another applicant. For instance, was told at the end of the interview that I didn't need to do a second round table intro at the role playing stage. And first point of debrief from the HR who had been briefed by the main interviewer - a month later- was that it was disappointing that I did not make a round table introduction. The overall process was good and the HR was great, accommodating and supportive but the feedback clearly tainted the whole experience. I didn't quite realise at what point until now that I'm looking for a job and don't feel confortable applying to Linkedin.

Entretien
Normal sales interview process focused on skills & expertise using STAR, roleplay with clients. After a normal HR check, as an internal candidate I had to do 2 rounds (competency + disco).
