Talked with a recruiter about a role, was told would be a great fit and they would be sharing my resume around and potential interviews to come. Never heard back from anyone after weeks from this call. Sent a follow-up email and never received a response. I actually talked in my interview about how important the candidate experience is to me and I didnt like hearing that people are being 'ghosted' by recruiters after interviews....now happening to me!

Asked about background, experience, motivations, etc - pretty standard
It was overall very smooth and helpful. They walk you through the process, all of the stages, and next steps required. They did a great job of communication and explanation of the role.

Entretien
Three rounds of interviews. First with a recruiter. Second with my eventual manager, which included a role play/case study. Third was two short interviews (back to back) with two other managers.
3 step process including a presentation and role play round with the many managers on the team Hold your nerves and be confident They seem to favour local candidates over EP holders
