To be a leader you need to accommodate a variety of personalities and types. Having a one size fits all approach is not best. I'd like to see additional options such as timed take home, submit previous project, etc.. - 6 HOUR panel • This is incredibly long and difficult to carve out time for, especially if you're already in a role and not sure about switching ** Finally, the compensation was low due to geo-based compensation. Since the pandemic we can work remotely from all over, so geo-based is not competitive salary.
