I've got just two of the three first interviews, the first one was a zoom call to talk about my experience in general and describe the process. The second one was the coding interview. Here, I had a meeting with one developer, so, he, in the interview was very specific in what he was looking for, threads, the interviewer asked some general questions about threads and exceptions in Java, and then we moved on to the exercise that was to solve a thread problem. Conversations were nice but the scheduling process at least for me was super bad, They just send me an email with the schedule, it was not a "google invite" or a calendar invite, I was in a different timezone and for a stroke of bad luck, the week before the interview in my country changed the timezone to wintertime, I didn't check again the time but I started late because of this.
