Entretien
The recruiter reached out to me via InMail. The process is outlined below:
Round 1: HR on call (Same person who reached out to me on LinkedIn)
Round 2: In-person with the individual who would be my future Manager
Round 3: In-person with a potential team member
Round 4: In-person Case Study round (They were helpful and gave me a lot of material prior to the presentation - I had about 5 days to finish and submit it before the in-person simulation round)
Round 5: In-person with a senior leadership team member
I was waiting to hear back from them after Round 5 because the recruiter mentioned that the decision was down to two candidates (including me). After almost a week, there was another offer that I had already bought time on and that needed a response. I requested them to expedite this process if possible which they unfortunately couldn't do.
It was understandable so I went ahead and accepted the other offer. The recruiter then contacted me the next day saying he was hoping for a decision that day. This was the last I heard from anyone in the company. Slightly disappointing as I had come far along in the process and was very keen on the role. Would have appreciated if they communicated the final decision to me even if I didn't make it so I could have a sense of formal closure.

3 in total, screening with the recruiter, competency based questions with the hiring manager then a 90 minute panel interview, which consisted of a presentation about you the candidate, a case study scenario, mock discovery and some more competency questions.

Nice HR recruiter. But the hiring manager is the worst human ever. He introduced himself as someone who was "passionate" about coaching people. But he is the most condescending and even making fun of my current employer, I was screaming internally to end the interview after 15 minutes in. I can't imagine for someone who needs to report to him.
