J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me about this job opportunity. We arranged a time for the first phone interview. During the call I was told that he will set up another phone interview, the second step with the hiring manager for me and will connect with me via email in a couple of days then about the details. Since I did not hear back from him even after more than 2 weeks passed, I sent him an email about an update on the position. He apologised with some very poor excuses and wanted to speak to me and give an update on phone again. After I provided my availabilities we agreed that he will call me on a Tuesday, but he did not confirm an exact time when I can expect him to call. OK. Well, I never heard back from him. Extremely unprofessional from a recruiter, not to mention that he's representing such a big company with such a great reputation like LinkedIn. I still believe that LinkedIn could be an amazing place to work but this was a really unpleasant, disappointing and unfair experience. You can say NO to a candidate they will understand it even if it's sad of course, but making empty promises and leaving them without a single feedback is completely unacceptable. Come on, LinkedIn, I'm sure you can do it better, so please...!

Round 1: HR Interview
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Round 3: Peer Interview
Round 4: Case Study (1-week prep) followed by a Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Sales (1.5 hours)
It was overall a very enjoyable experience. At each stage, you could tell the interviewers spent time looking into your profile and asked thought-provoking questions. They showed interest in your responses and compelled you to share more about yourself and your experiences. The interviewers were all personable and displayed top-tier professionalism throughout the interview process.
