J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (New York, NY) en févr. 2018
Entretien
I was referred by a LinkedIn employee and a few days later a recruiter reached out. She informed me that she didn't think I was a fit for this role but for the Customer Success Consultant - Elevate opening, and if I was interested in finding out more which I, of course, confirmed. I get on a call and she was nice, informative and helpful. We talk, she tells me more about the role and asks about my background followed by another referral to the direct hiring manager in charge of the Elevate Role. Once scheduled, I have another pleasant conversation confirming I am the right fit for this opening and that he'll get back to me with next steps. What follows is radio silence. I message the 1st recruiter on LinkedIn and it shows she's viewed the message but failed to respond. The simple courtesy is to tell me that they've decided to go in a different direction and perhaps helpfully, explain why I wasn't progressing to the next stage. It's ironic that a career/job connecting firm can't even get the recruiting process correctly.
There were four rounds of interviews. Started with Phone screening from Recruiter, followed by hiring manager interview and thereafter peer interview and ended with panel interview. Panel interview consisted of a case study.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Hong Kong) en juil. 2024
Entretien
I was approached by a LinkedIn in-house recruiter in July 2024, and interviewed during that month. The process included 4 interview rounds across 2 weeks.
Round 1: HR Interview
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Round 3: Peer Interview
Round 4: Case Study (1-week prep) followed by a Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Sales (1.5 hours)
It was overall a very enjoyable experience. At each stage, you could tell the interviewers spent time looking into your profile and asked thought-provoking questions. They showed interest in your responses and compelled you to share more about yourself and your experiences. The interviewers were all personable and displayed top-tier professionalism throughout the interview process.
