it was really great and really interseting and super careful in their approach to how they spoke to me throughout given rules on accessibility within the workforce and how to consider this.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn en mai 2012
Entretien
Contacted and phone screened by an internal recruiter. 2 phone interviews and 2 onsite with the team, cross-functional manager, and the hiring manager. The entire process was professional, well organized, and welcoming. No questions were too difficult or out of line in any way. It was mostly a discussion about experience, style, and vision.
It's a young and energetic company and they know they are a part of something special.

Mediocre experience. Was contacted by LinkedIn recruiter several times via Linked InMail. There was a lot of back and forth but finally got the initial phone call set up. Recruiter was very nice, shared a lot about the role and company. Moved onto interview with hiring manager.
Second interview was a disappointment and a waste of time. Hiring manager showed up nearly 15 mins late. Was apologetic but it was clear the interview was not a priority. Essentially pummeled me with a list of generic questions and told me I had a minute to answer each despite their late arrival. I was expecting a more professional conversation so that was a let down.
At the end, they told me they only had time for one or two questions. Again, hiring manager wasted nearly 15 mins of the interview. It was clear from the minute the interview started that I wasn’t a serious candidate …just used to fill space. Ghosted and no follow up. Left me with a poor impression of the company.
It was a basic 30 minute phone call interview. Really nice and very clear as to what the next steps were going to be. Gave a description as to what the company and the culture is like and then asked me some general behavioral questions.
