A funny interview I have ever attended as an experienced person. Recruiter was reading the 10 pre written questions totally irrelevant to the job I applied. and comparing the answers. They were expecting a text book answer. Some questions were what is the difference between utf8 and ASCII characters. What are boolean values. Though not relevant to my job , I answered these questions. there were some other silly question like this which was not relevant for my job, and I couldn't answer those. They rejected my profile without sending to the technical experience d people.😀 I decided not to apply for LinkedIn in the future. May be they should know how to hire experienced talent .
