J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2016
Entretien
I applied on the company website, then received an email requesting a phone interview within about 1 day. While it never happened the next step would have been a phone interview with the hiring manager. My issue with how the whole thing happened was the recruiters complete lack of communication after we had what seemed to be an excellent phone screen. She informed me that she wanted to forward my profile to the hiring manager. I sent her a thank you email the next day and she responded; but after that she completely left me hanging. Our phone screen was on a Thursday and she wanted to have me informed of next steps by the following Monday but I never heard back. Over the week or so I attempted to follow up a couple of times but was ignored again. I understand that it may be time consuming to provide feedback to all applicants but I believe that once an applicant reaches a certain point in the process that it is professional courtesy to do so. Apparently this particular recruiter disagrees.
