Recruiter screen was extremely positive. Lots of good information, and openly discussed career goals and how they might fit (or not fit) with the job I was interviewing for. Immediately scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. 24 hours later, received an email from the recruiter letting me know that they were moving forward with another candidate.
