For the first round interview, it was a good experience for me though I felt very nervous, one of the reasons is because the interviewer has a different way on doing the building rapport (the important part for conducting interview). I didn't think I shared much from my side because the interviewer didn't gave me many questions (that was not a problem), instead, the interviewer tried to do the building rapport by showing their Ms. Excel containing the detail of the responsibilities or plans for the position that I have applied. I am sure it would be very helpful for the candidate who got the offering for the position because it is very detail and well-structured.
Surprisingly, I passed the first round interview, but for the second round, with another interviewer, I felt that there was some part of my answer that confusing the interviewer and later I know that my answers wasn't met their expectation. For the internal problem, I thought I have done enough preparation but turns out I was still messed it up. Meanwhile, for the external problem, it would be very helpful if the interviewer tried to do the probing when they felt confuse about my answers, instead just finished it early. But, it was my problem too because at the end of the interview, I didn't ask the interviewer if there's any confusing parts that I should explain more, so I don't want to blame the interviewer.
Although I didn't get the offering, the feedback from the hiring manager was very helpful for me to find my problems.
