Unfortunately, I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email but received no response. This lack of communication shows a lack of respect for candidates and is disappointing. While the initial interview was great, the overall experience was poor due to the unprofessional handling of the post-interview process. It’s important for companies to be respectful of people's time, even if they decide not to move forward with a candidate.
