Had 2 phone interviews; then an onsite panel interview with 5 people. I was prepared so I was able to answer correctly the questions, but one interviewer was a bit strange.

War in Ordnung! Langes Gespräch mit Personrefarantin, sie war sehr unfreundlich und versucht private Themen anzusprechen. Danach war das Gespräch mit den Abteilungleiter und hat die gleichen Fragen gestellt. Danach war es klar - die Suchen bestimmte Persönlichkeiten!

It was a formal interview. Addressed all the basic questions and personality related questions. The atmosphere is good. This was a phone interview. A lot of formulated questions which are standard for the interview process with a bigger company like this.
