-Brief phone interview 1 day after applying through Craigslist (just a few basic questions about my availability and why I wanted to work there - just a screening process)
-Spelling test (first 30 real words, and then a few nonsense words. The real words are easy at first, but become more challenging as the test progresses.)
-Adult critical thinking test (30 minutes to complete, multiple choice)
-1:1 interview with the Center Director (asked interview questions below)
-Learned and practiced the steps of 2 programs while being observed

-You see a vase of dead flowers in the lobby, what do you do?
-You see someone you don't recognize walking through the center, what do you do?
-How would you introduce yourself to a student on their first day?
-You don't understand a step in the lesson plan, what do you do?

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
