Interview process was very welcoming and the center staff was great. They teach you about the center and the philosophy, administer you a standardized spelling test, have you model and practice the techniques they use, and finally have a quick individual interview

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
