I was referred to this company by an acquaintance. I was contacted for an interview right away. Prior to the interview I was sent a link for a "personality test". Most of the question were "how do you view yourself", " how do you think others view you". The purpose of this test was to identify type A personalities. The interview was relatively easy. The focus is on sales, and being able to connect with people.

I was invited to an interview and the admissions manager was joking with the receptionist while I was waiting. He introduced himself 25 min after my appointment. After telling me about the job role and expectations. He mentioned this is outside sales position which was totally different from the job posting that I applied for. I also asked him if this is a sales position, he was lying to me and saying it’s not a sales job which is false and deceiving. Even his assistant told me it’s a sales position. The pay was $40k with no commission which was terrible for a sales role. The hiring manager was dressed and talking unprofessionally. I decided not to follow up as I determined it was not a good fit for me. Applicants beware of their deceiving tactics!
