Casual. Two interviewers ask a series of behavioral and culture questions that are at times very redundant. They seemed to recognize this and did convey that the company really cares about cultural fit. The coding questions are extremely easy and need to be updated. One white boarding question, and one question testing if you can read code and say what the code does. Overall the interviewers were really good and make you feel welcome, but the coding questions need to be updated if they want serious candidates.
