My interview at Lime felt thoughtful, considered, and thorough. I was given a clear understanding of what they were looking for, why I was being considered, and how the process would proceed from the start. The process did require several calls and a portfolio presentation, along with 1:1s. It did not require more arduous exercises that often leave candidates feeling like they've provided free work, or were being limited to their success on a single task vs the breadth of their experience, expertise, and unique perspective.
