I applied for the position and within a few days I met with the HR representative. I then had a few interviews with various team members and I was asked to complete a strategic plan. In my experience, I have never worked with a more helpful HR team during the hiring process. They were thorough, communicative, and friendly. I was very impressed and Lime's HR performance was one of the reasons I really wanted to join the team.
