I interviewed for the position and had an initial phone call with the recruiter. The recruiter seemed very rushed and disinterested in what I was saying, besides getting the basic information that she needed. The call was scheduled for 30 minutes, but it ended after 15 minutes without even having given me the opportunity to ask questions. After a week a sent a follow up email, but I never heard back - at least until today, 3 weeks after the interview. I understand I might not have been the best fit for the position, but I find it inacceptable not to give candidates any feedback or the time to appropriately listen to them and their questions.
