      Entretien

      I completed three rounds of interviews with Lime: an initial conversation with the recruiter, a hiring manager interview, and a second round with the Director of Security. While the hiring manager discussion was positive and well-structured, my overall candidate experience was not ideal. During the conversation with the Director of Security—which was scheduled for a full 60 minutes—I noticed that the interviewer frequently looked at the clock and signaled they did not want to hear certain/all responses. This created a rushed, dismissive tone and made it difficult to engage in a meaningful, two-way conversation. It did not reflect the level of professionalism or respect I would expect in a second-round. My experience with the recruiter was also less than ideal. Several of the questions felt unnecessarily interrogative—for example, repeatedly asking whether I learned a particular skill "on the job or outside." The intent behind these questions was unclear, and the tone felt more like an interrogation than a professional discussion about experience and role alignment. Based on my overall interactions, I did not feel the process reflected a supportive or candidate-friendly culture. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Lime as an employer based on this experience.
