      I think it's really unprofessional and my interviewer has a complete disregard for the ethical process of the interview. I applied online and had a first-stage call with the Hiring Manager, she seemed nice and candid but chaotic. Progressed me to the next stage during the call and told me to do a take-home assignment for me to present on the next interview call. Didn't receive the exact instruction email for the take-home assignment, so I followed up to confirm, she told me the brief and I worked on the assignment. On the day of the interview, an hour before it was supposed to start, she cancelled the interview with no explanation. I sent an email to which she just replied "I was hoping you’d have shared the take home with me before then." There was no mention of this during our call or in the previous email that I needed to send the take-home assignment material to her before the presentation call. Still, I apologised and sent her the take-home assignment doc and asked for a reschedule, to which she replied "Of course, let me have a look at diaries." A few days passed and no response on the new date for the presentation call, I followed up and she finally replied the next day saying "Things have moved quite quickly on our end and we've recruited to this role already!" You'd think when you see someone with a "Dr" title in their signature, they'll be at least respectful and exemplary as a leader -- clearly NOT. It's a complete waste of my time and harms my mental health -- a massive IRONY as their product is to help and support improve mental health practitioners.

      How have you enabled revenue growth in a previous company that was similar in size and maturation as Limbic? What did you do and what outcomes did you achieve? Break this down into sufficient detail so I can understand the projects you put in place and how you overcame internal and external issues. Then, draft up some questions and a 30-60-90 day plan for what you need to know about Limbic to be able to better understand where to focus.

      Hi there, Tanya - the People Ops Manager at Limbic here. First of all, I would like to apologise for your experience and for feeling that your mental health was impacted in the process. We certainly take this seriously. It is unfortunate to read your comments on the interviewing process, as we have rigorous processes and we always try to move quickly but also with a lot of care. I want to assure you that the Hiring Manager that you met is truly apologetic - in the classic startup fashion they were pushing on multiple significant projects at the same time and whilst this is never an excuse, I hope it brings some clarity. Filling the Head of Marketing role was a product of some key decisions taken quickly by Limbic as a typical rapidly scaling company. However, we will definitely try to provide quicker follow ups in the future.
