      Entretien pour Inbound Sales Representative

      Candidature

Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lillio (Gatineau, QC)

      Entretien

The initial interview with the recruiter went well. During the second interview we went through a role play and they gave constructive feed back. However during the role play I explained that I wasn’t comfortable going into all aspects of the software as I didn’t know it perfectly. And that being this was an interview process I was simply going off what I had read online. The role play itself was not even accurate as the role they were interviewing for was for inbound leads and they expected an outbound sales approach. Plus the way they had described the sales process was that often a demo was done and a sale closed on the spot. So asking someone a ton of profiling questions prior to booking a demo when in the imaginary scenario the business owner/daycare director was answering calls during nap time would more than likely cause an annoyed prospect to hang up. In the end they did not move forward with my candidacy. But also the recruiter had pressured me saying that they were looking to hire someone quickly and I explained that I would need to give my employer at least two weeks notice. And when the email was sent that they were not moving forward the recruiter was already out of office.
