Interviewer was more interested in past experiences than my interests. Was not ready to even consider me for similar roles that could align with my interests. He seemed to be eager to fit me only in one role which he wanted

After answering questions on their webpage and submitting my CV, I received an invite for a 30 minute HR interview ; you were allowed to choose the date and time for it (Google Meet). No one showed up for my interview on the day and no one bothered to respond to me when I emailed asking why no one joined the interview. A few days later I received a rejection email. Very unprofessional.
