The entire interview process took about a month and went smoothly. Great communication throughout. An internal recruiter from Lighthouse reached out to me via LinkedIn. We had a conversation over the phone. She was able to talk about the position at length and in-depth, which I appreciated from a recruiter. Later that week I had a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. About 1.5 weeks later I had various panel interviews with teams or individuals I would be working with on a daily basis. I appreciated talking with so many people from the business to gain an understanding of the culture and team. I received an offer a few days later.
