Was a month long waiting while having 5 parts of interviews and 2 of those being projects of the job. They were pretty straightforward and fast responding , just it is a long procedure.

I recently attended an interview with Light Cast, and it was a very professional and insightful experience. The questions were well-structured, the panel was friendly, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my skills.

Entretien
Three rounds of interviews. First, a general interview with the Hiring Manager. Second, a technical assessment. Third, a project sent 48h before the last interview in which the project was presented at the team. They made an offer for a miserable pay, in what was a really chaotic and unprepared meeting with HR. After a polite attempt to negotiate, the offer was revoked.
