I encourage you to keep looking if you're interested in working here. HR is a direct reflection of any company, and my negative experience has shown that this is not a company who cares about people, believes in keeping their word, or believes people are worthy of honor. I had a phone interview scheduled and the interviewer was over ten minutes late for the call. There were no apologies made. I was told I was overqualified for the position and asked to please still consider continuing through the interview process. I was told I would be contacted in the next two days with salary information and to go over next steps. That was over a month ago. The emails I've written have gone unanswered. Again, this is a direct reflection of the organization and not a place I will ever consider bringing my skills and talents to.
