The interview was a group zoom call which mainly consisted of explaining the job responsibilities. Towards the end, each person had to read out a script, and then once that was finished, each person was pulled individually to have a very short one-on-one interview.

They don't care about you or your work history. You are in a room with 25 other people applying for the same position. You take turns reading a script. If you read loudly and clearly enough then they hire you.
