The LifeStance Health psychiatry interview typically involves discussing clinical experience, treatment approaches, patient care philosophy, telehealth adaptability, and assessing fit within a collaborative, evidence-based mental health team. Professionalism and empathy are key.
Pretty smooth and took less than 4 weeks with two phone/video interviews, about 6 weeks from contact with recruiter. Easily done and that’s why I went through with it for the job acceptance

How I would manage outpatient population and if I am also specialized in seeing adhd population. Basically can pick your days and hours to work with 36 clinical hours per week
First a phone call with recruiter mainly information from them for 30 minutes, then interview with regional medical director for an hour-they asked a few questions before giving me time to ask additional questions. Then was offered the position.
