This company seems very interested in making money and puts that over client care. The recruiter texted me to set up an interview and to answer questions, which I thought was odd and an intrusion. I would prefer someone to contact me initially via email.
Anyways, they're fast on doing interviews. After I interviewed with the recruiter (who comes across as very sales-y) I believe if I had continued I would have talked to the area manager.
I was put off by both the recruiter and the company, so I declined to go further.

It’s fairly easy and stress free. You initially meet with the practice development director to talk about the credentialing, onboarding process and compensation. Then you get scheduled to speak to the clinical director and if it’s a good fit, you move forward from there.

Someone immediately emailed to set up a 15-minute phone interview, then passed to a 30-minute virtual interview. They emailed the pay structure, and it seemed like a recipe for burnout, so I took a pass.

I interviewed with LifeStance Health for a salaried therapist position, and overall, the experience felt professional, straightforward, and encouraging. The interview was conducted virtually, and it lasted approximately 45 minutes. The interview was comprehensive and conversational.
